YA! is a project space in Los Angeles founded by Elizabeth Yochim. It is a studio and a living platform. YA! is reflective of Elizabeth's expertise as an art advisor, appraiser, gallery director, ritual artist, performer, teacher, and grief guide as it reflects a life lived between the art world and embodied practice.
YA! extends Elizabeth's valuation-led advisory practice into a site of direct experience, experimentation, and exchange bringing together installation, performance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Exhibitions | Installations of visual, archival, photographic, and object-based work.
Ritual & Performance | Public and private activations involving movement, sound, invocation, poetry, and embodied presence.
Workshops & Conversations | Artist-led learning, experimental movement, grief rituals, salons, and interdisciplinary dialogue.
